摘　　要：在工程造价改革大背景下,建设工程材料价格的标准化测算,是完善造价信息发布机制的主要任务之一。文章以武汉市为例,首先通过建筑业行业背景调研,针对工程材料价格测算现状,提出信息来源差异大、信息影响因素众多、测算工作标准化程度不足等问题,确定建立主要工程材料信息价格测算方法的重要性;并通过研析典型工程,确定主要材料品类、测算材料品类占比,明确占工程造价比重最大的三大类材料,即地方性材料、钢材及钢材制品、配合比材料;然后根据材料特征和具体组成要素,分别对这三类材料建立不同的测算方法;最后根据研究结果针对武汉市造价信息发布现状,提出建立标准化的材料价格测算方法、建立信息化管理平台、加强材料价格数据积累的合理化建议,以推进工程造价管理工作高质量发展。With the background of project cost reform,how to carry out the standardized calculation of construction material price is one of the main tasks to improve the cost information release mechanism.Wuhan was selected as the research object in the paper.First of all,this paper carried out the background research of the construction industry.The following problems about the current situation of engineering material price measurement are put forward,such as the large difference of information sources,the numerous influences of information,and the lack of standardization of measurement work.Based on this,the importance of establishing the information price calculation method of main engineering materials is determined.And through the analysis of typical projects,this paper determines the main material categories and measures the proportion of material categories.The three major categories of materials with the largest proportion were determined,namely,local materials,steel and steel products,and mix materials.Then this paper establishes different measurement methods for these three kinds of materials according to material characteristics and specific components.Finally,based on the research results and the current situation of Wuhan cost information release,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions,such as establishing standardized material price measurement method,establishing information management platform,strengthening the accumulation of material price data,so as to promote the high-quality development of engineering cost management.
