摘  要:以内蒙古锡林浩特胜利煤田一号露天矿原煤为试验煤种,采用中国航天空气动力技术研究院拥有自主专利技术的“一种IGBT晶体管整流供电的等离子点火与稳燃系统”和相关设备进行试验研究。试验主要通过火焰温度测量和视频录像的方式,进行点燃效果的判断,结果表明:煤粉浓度控制在0.11 kg/kg以上、一次风速控制在16 m/s左右、二次风速控制在16~21 m/s、等离子点火功率控制在300 kW时,可以达到良好的点燃效果。The experimental research is based on the raw coal of Shengli coal field No.1 open pit mine in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia. The "plasma ignition and combustion stabilization system with IGBT transistor rectifier power supply" and relevant equipment owned by China Aerospace Aerodynamics Technology Research Institute are used for the experimental research. In the experimental study, the ignition effect is judged by flame temperature measurement and video recording, and the specific test operation parameters that can achieve. The results show that when the concentration of pulverized coal is more than 0.11 kg/kg,the primary wind speed is about 16 m/s, the secondary wind speed is 16-21 m/s, and the plasma ignition power is about 300 kW, the good ignition effect is achieved.
