摘  要:分析了转炉捅风眼机的使用工况和主要技术要求,针对人工捅风眼机方式存在的缺陷,提出了全自动捅风眼机设计改进及控制关键技术,成功解决了制约生产的技术“瓶颈”。结果表明:该设备可弥补原设计供风能力的不足,实现整条生产线的连锁运行和在线监控,满足均衡稳定、经济高效生产,自动化程度高,钎杆损耗量小,成本能耗低,推广应用价值高。The operating conditions and main tech nical requirements of the converter blower were analyzed and the defects of the manual tong wind eye machine were discussed. The design improvements and control key technology of automatic tong wind eye unit were proposed, which successfully solve the technical "bottleneck" restricting production. The results show that the machine can make up for the lack of air supply capacity of the original design and realize the interlocking operation and online monitoring of the whole production line, to meet the balanced and stable, economic and efficient production. The machine has high degree of automation, small loss of drill rod, low cost and energy consumption, with high promotion and application value.
