组团型中小城市公交发展策略与规划实践——以云浮市为例

摘　　要：合理规划组团间和组团内的公共交通系统,提出基于组团型城市公交发展策略,对于强化组团间联系、优化组团内功能结构,引导城市空间轴向扩张具有重要意义。以广东省云浮市为例,通过利用手机信令数据对云浮市组团交通出行特征进行分析,研究提出“服务分区、枢纽分级、网络分层”的公交发展策略以及线网规划方案,总结规划实践经验,可为其他组团型中小城市公交发展提供借鉴。Rational planning of the public transportation system between and within the group, and a development strategy based on the group-based urban public transport are proposed, which are of great significance for strengthening the connection between groups, optimizing the functional structure within the group, and guiding the axial expansion of urban space. Taking Yunfu City, Guangdong Province as an example, by using mobile phone signaling data to analyze the characteristics of group traffic in Yunfu City, it researches and proposes the public transportation development strategy and line network planning scheme of "service division, hub classification, and network layering", and summarizes the planning practice. The experience can provide reference for the development of public transport in other group-type small and medium-sized cities.
