川渝地区能源互联网的发展思路

摘　　要：能源互联网是能源改革形成的新业态。2016年,国家正式提出我国能源互联网发展的总体目标、重点任务和实施步骤。川渝地区是我国重要的能源供应基地,推进能源互联网建设不仅具有资源、区位、政策等方面的优势,而且拥有深厚的合作基础。当前,川渝两地建设能源互联网面临的主要挑战是电网一体化程度有待加强、关键技术有待突破、配套政策体系不完善。川渝地区应牢牢抓住国家支持能源互联网建设、川渝一体化发展不断深入的机遇,积极采取加快基础设施互联互通、突破能源关键技术、全面完善政策体系和建立有效交易机制等措施,联合构建贯穿川渝的能源互联网系统,为我国能源转型升级贡献重要力量。Energy Internet is a new business mode formed by energy reform. In 2016,the state officially put forward the overall goals,key tasks and implementation steps of China’s energy Internet development. Sichuan-Chongqing region is an important energy supply base in China,and has advantages in resources,location,policies,and deep foundation for cooperation in promoting the construction of energy Internet. At present,the main challenge facing the construction of energy Internet in Sichuan and Chongqing is that the degree of power grid integration needs to be strengthened and key technologies need to be broken through,the supporting policy system is imperfect. Sichuan and Chongqing should firmly grasp the opportunity of the state support to the construction of energy Internet and the deepening development of Sichuan and Chongqing integration,and take active measures such as speeding up infrastructure interconnection,breaking through key energy technologies,comprehensively improving the policy system and establishing an effective trading mechanism,so as to build an energy Internet system running through Sichuan and Chongqing,and to contribute to China’s energy transformation and upgrading.
