摘　　要：科技创新是推动社会经济发展的根本动力。但是,我国科技创新资源不平衡、不充分的发展格局,加剧了东西部地区经济与产业高质量发展水平的差距。四川省科技创新紧密围绕“一干多支、五区协同”的战略部署,形成了以成都和绵阳科技创新为主引擎的区域协同创新格局,对地方经济的贡献持续增长。当前,四川省在科技创新资源、科技创新平台、全球科技合作等方面面临着良好的发展机遇,应融入国家“一带一路”“长江经济带”“成渝地区双城经济圈”等发展战略,拓展与京津冀、长三角、粤港澳等区域创新高地的合作与协调发展,全面建成国家创新驱动发展先行省,推动四川省社会经济高质量发展。Scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental driving force to promote social and economic development. However,the unbalanced and insufficient development of China’s scientific and technological innovation resources aggravates the gap of the high-quality economic and industrial development between the eastern and western regions. Scientific and technological innovation in Sichuan focuses on the strategy of“One Mainstay,Multiple Support,Synergic Development in Five Districts”,and has formed a regional collaborative pattern with Chengdu and Mianyang’s scientific and technological innovation as the driving engines,making continuous contributions to local economy growth. At present,Sichuan Province,with good development opportunities of resources,platforms and global cooperation for scientific and technological innovation,should expand its cooperation and coordinated development with regional innovation highlands such as“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region”,“Yangtze River Delta”,and“Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”,integrating its development into the national strategies such as“the Belt and Road Initiative”,“Yangtze River Economic Belt”and“Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle”,so as to build Sichuan into a pioneer province of innovation-driven development in an all-round way,and to promote the high-quality social and economic development of Sichuan.
