桐城市旅游产业与文化产业耦合效应的评价研究

摘　　要：文章运用综合指数评价模型、耦合协调度模型、DEA方法测度和评价桐城市2015-2020年的综合指数、耦合协调度和耦合效率。研究结果表明:桐城市旅游产业综合指数呈“凸”型态势,文化产业综合指数出现显著的波动性,耦合协调度等级整体偏低;耦合效率的时序变化显著,其中2016-2018年是耦合效率无效年份。在此基础上,从深度挖掘桐城市文化元素、提高耦合效率、提升服务质量三个方面提出对策,以期促进桐城市文旅融合的协调发展。This paper uses comprehensive index evaluation model,coupling coordination model and DEA method to measure and evaluate the comprehensive index,coupling coordination degree and coupling efficiency of Tongcheng city from 2015 to 2020.The results show that the comprehensive index of tourism industry in Tongcheng shows a convex trend,while the comprehensive index of cultural industry shows significant volatility,and the overall level of coupling coordination is low.The time series of coupling efficiency changes significantly,and 2016-2018 is the invalid years of coupling efficiency.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects:deep excavation of its cultural elements,improvement of coupling efficiency and improving service quality,so as to promote the coordinated development of its cultural tourism integration.
