基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗代谢综合征知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析中医药治疗代谢综合征(MS)的研究动向、热点及发展脉络。方法通过中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库检索1999年1月至2020年12月有关中医药治疗MS的相关文献,筛选后通过CiteSpace 5.7 R1软件进行分析,对纳入的文献进行年度发文量统计,绘制作者合作网络、机构合作网络及关键词共现图谱,并对关键词进行聚类分析,了解中医药治疗MS领域的研究发展和趋势。结果通过检索共纳入1292篇文献,第1篇有关中医药治疗MS的研究文献发表于2002年,从2005年开始发文量逐渐增多,至2012年达到发文量的高峰,随后发文量呈上下波动,但从整体线性趋势来看年发文量呈逐步上升。作者合作网络中发文量最多的是刘莉、隋艳波、韩宇搏、邹国良、金娟等学者组成的团队,机构合作网络中以黑龙江中医药大学、中国中医科学院广安门医院、辽宁中医药大学等为主,关键词出现频次最多的是代谢综合征,其次是胰岛素抵抗、中医药疗法、综述等,关键词中介中心性最高的是脂肪细胞因子,其次是大鼠、血压、二甲双胍等,关键词聚类分析共形成17个聚类标签,根据研究类别可分为研究方法、研究方向、治疗方法、中医分型及理化指标5大类,聚类结构显著,聚类结果合理。结论从2002—2020年,中医药治疗MS领域的研究方向较广泛,研究主题从临床疗效和医案经验研究逐渐转为病机和作用机制研究,当前研究的热点是中医药现代化发展,包括数据挖掘和机制研究,肠道菌群和炎症因子与中医药治疗MS的关系是未来的研究趋势。Objective To analyze the research trends,hotspots and development context of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for metabolic syndrome in China by applying the knowledge mapr.Methods Relevant literatures on TCM treatment for metabolic syndrome(MS)from January 1999 to December 2020 were retrieved through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),iteSpace5.7 R1 software was applied after screening to analyze the included papers,conduct annual statistics on the number of papers published,draw the cooperation networks of author,institutional cooperation network and keyword co-occurrence map,and implement clustering analysis on the keywords to understand the research development and trend in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of MS.Results A total of 1292 papers were included,the first research paper on the treatment of MS with TCM was published in 2002,the the number of paper published gradually increased since 2005,peaked in 2012,and then the number of paper published fluctuated upward and downward,and the annual number of papers published gradually increased yearly from the overall linear trend.The team composed of scholars including LIU Li,SUI Yan-bo,HAN Yu-bo,ZOU Guo-liang,JIN Juan,etc published the maximum number of papers in terms of the author's cooperation networks.The institutional cooperation network were dominated by Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Science,Liaoning University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.the most frequent keywords are metabolic syndrome,followed by insulin resistance,TCM therapy,review,etc,The key words with the maximum betweeness centrality were adipocytokines,followed by rats,blood pressure,metformin,etc.,and a total of 17 cluster labels were formed by keyword clustering analysis,and 5 categories including the research method,research orientation,treatment method,TCM syndrome typing and physicochemical indexes were supported based on the research category,the clustering structure
