拉西地平联合银杏酮酯滴丸治疗老年性高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨拉西地平联合银杏酮酯滴丸治疗老年性高血压的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2021年1-9月在佛山市高明区人民医院心内科接受治疗的104例老年性高血压患者。按随机数字表法分成两组,每组52例。对照组采用拉西地平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用银杏酮酯滴丸。比较两组临床疗效、尿微量白蛋白、肾小球滤过率、炎症因子(IL-6)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平和不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组的总有效率为84.62%,虽低于观察组的94.23%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压及心率均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压及心率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6和尿微量白蛋白均低于治疗前,肾小球滤过率均高于治疗前,且观察组IL-6和尿微量白蛋白均低于对照组,肾小球滤过率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平均高于治疗前,且观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组药物不良反应率为25.00%,高于观察组的7.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拉西地平联合银杏酮酯滴丸治疗老年高血压患者能改善患者的肾功能、炎症因子及血脂水平,安全性更高,适宜在临床应用推广。Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of Lacidipine combined with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Drop Pills in the treatment of senile hypertension.Method:A total of 104 patients with senile hypertension who received treatment in the Department of Cardiology,Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan City from January to September 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Lacidipine,and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Drop Pills on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,urinary microalbumin,glomerular filtration rate,inflammatory factor(IL-6),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the control group was 84.62%,which was lower than 94.23%in the observation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and urinary microalbumin in both groups were lower than those before treatment,glomerular filtration rate in both groups were higher than those before treatment,IL-6 and urinary microalbumin in the observation group were lower than those in control group,glomerular filtration rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and HDL-C in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group
