摘　　要：目的:探讨玉屏风散联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年8月江西省儿童医院收治的82例CU患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组予以地氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风散治疗,两组均持续用药1个月。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、血清炎症因子水平、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后风团直径、风团数目及瘙痒程度评分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-17(IL-17)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风散联合地氯雷他定可提高小儿CU治疗效果,减轻皮肤炎症反应,加快风团、瘙痒等症状消失,改善患儿生活质量,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with Desloratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria(CU)in children and its influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors and quality of life.Method:A total of 82 children with CU admitted to Jiangxi Children’s Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 children in each group.The control group was treated with Desloratadine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yupingfeng Powder on the basis of the control group,both groups continued to take medication for 1 month.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,serum inflammatory factor level,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The diameter,number of wind masses,pruritus degree score,C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels and dermatological quality of life scale(DLQI)score in observation group were lower than those in control group after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant Difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder combined with Desloratadine can improve the treatment effect of CU in children,reduce skin inflammation,accelerate the disappearance of wind mass,pruritus and other symptoms,improve the quality of life of children,safe and reliable.
