摘　　要：目的:探讨气交灸联合耳穴压豆在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者腹胀、便秘治疗中的护理效果。方法:选取2021年1-9月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的OVCF腹胀便秘患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上开展气交灸联合耳穴压豆。比较两组护理前后胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平和慢性便秘严重度评分量表(CSS)、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果:护理后,两组CSS、PAC-QOL评分均低于护理前,血清GAS、MOT水平均高于护理前,且观察组CSS、PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组,GAS、MOT水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气交灸联合耳穴压豆可改善OVCF腹胀便秘患者胃肠激素水平,减轻腹胀便秘症状,提高生存质量。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of qijiao moxibustion combined with ear acupoint pressing beans in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)with abdominal distension and constipation.Method:A total of 60 OVCF patients with abdominal distension and constipation admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to September 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with qijiao moxibustion combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT),chronic constipation severity rating scale(CSS),patient assessment of constipation quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)scores before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Result:After nursing,CSS and PAC-QOL scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing,serum GAS and MOT levels in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and CSS and PAC-QOL scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,GAS and MOT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qijiao moxibustion combined with ear acupoint pressing beans improve the gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with OVCF abdominal distension and constipation,reduce the symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation and improve the quality of life.
