摘  要:为了获取对黄瓜白粉病菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)具有一定拮抗作用的放线菌,对黄瓜根际土壤放线菌进行筛选鉴定及活性评价。结果为从黄瓜根际土壤中共分离出放线菌108株,其中一株对黄瓜白粉病菌具有较高拮抗活性(放线菌SDNY-40)。该放线菌上清液原液施用后7 d和14 d对盆栽黄瓜白粉病防效分别达到了95.7%和87.9%。利用分子生物学及系统进化树进行分类鉴定,发现其与紫色链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.)为同一种属。通过对SDNY-40上清液进行室内盆栽防效测定,发现其对黄瓜白粉病菌具有较好的防效,具有生防潜力。In order to obtain antagonistic actinomycetes against the pathogen Sphaerotheca fuligineaith,the actinomycetes in cucumber rhizosphere soil were isolated and assessed in this paper.The resulted showed that 108 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from the cucumber rhizosphere soil and among all the isolated strains,the strain SDNY-40presented the highest control efficacy.The pot experiments showed that the control efficiency of the actinomycete supernatant liquid on Sphaerotheca fuliginea reached 95.7%and 87.9%7 d and 14 d after treatment.Based on molecular identification,the strain SDNY-40 was identified the same species and genus as Streptomyces sp..Through the test of the SDNY-4’supernatant liquid,it was found that SDNY-40 has a good control efficacy against the pathogen Sphaerotheca fuligineaith and demonstrates the potential to be applied in the biocontrol of this disease.
