摘　　要：为解决玉米田除草剂烟嘧磺隆·硝磺草酮·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂产品分解和药害问题,通过大量的配方研发、助剂筛选、室内外生测试验,最终成功研发出了对玉米安全的26%烟·硝·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂配方:烟嘧磺隆2%、硝磺草酮4%、莠去津20%、乳化分散剂EO/PO嵌段聚醚500LQ 1.5%、油醇聚氧乙烯醚VO-023%、乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钙500#7%、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚6025%、有机膨润土0.5%、白炭黑1%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、稳定剂柠檬酸0.8%、药害减轻剂聚氨酯树脂5%、橄榄油10%、油酸甲酯补足。该制剂配方乳化性好,悬浮性优,分解率及贮存稳定性合格,各项技术指标均符合可分散油悬浮剂的标准要求,并且对玉米类作物安全,可全生育期使用。In order to solve the problems of product decomposition and drug damage of nicosulfuron methyl·nitrosulfuron·atrazine oil dispersion in corn field,through a large number of R&D,additives screening and indoor and outdoor bioassay experiments,nicosulfuron·mesotrione·atrazine 26%oil dispersion was successfully developed as nicosulfuron 2%,mesotrione 4%,atrazine 20%,500LQ 1.5%,VO-023%,500#7%,6025%,phenylethyl phenol polyxy ether,organic bentonite 0.5%,white carbon black 1%,isomol polyxy ether 5%,stabilizer agent citrate 0.8%,polymer slow release agent 5%,olive oil 10%,methyl oleate supplement to 100%.The formulation has good emulsification,excellent suspension,qualified decomposition rate and storage stability and all its technical indexes meet the standard requirements of dispersible oil suspension.It is safe for corn crops and can be used in the whole growth period of corn.
