摘　　要：EPC总承包物资采购在采用综合评估法选取评标权重时,如果过于依靠经验、选取随意,致评标结果失真。而层次分析法是定性与定量相结合的科学的决策分析方法,基于层次分析法,对EPC总承包物资采购的评标权重选取进行探讨。When the comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the evaluation weight of EPC material procurement,it is often too dependent on experience and random selection,resulting in the distortion of evaluation results.The analytic hierarchy process is a scientific decision-making analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,this paper discusses the selection of evaluation weight of EPC material procurement.
