摘  要:基于烟气与水表面之间的热质交换理论,通过求解热质交换基本方程,得出湿烟气接触冷凝换热的解析解,并分析湿烟气接触冷凝过程热质交换性能的影响因素,为燃煤电站湿烟气接触式冷凝塔设计提供理论依据。结果表明,湿烟气接触冷凝换热效率影响较大的因素是水气比、液滴粒径、换热高度,而烟气流速、烟气入口温度和喷淋水入口温度的影响相对较小。Based on the heat and mass exchange theory between flue gas and water,by solving the basic equation of heat and mass exchange,this paper obtains the analytical solution suitable for the contact condensation heat exchange of wet flue gas,and analyzes the influencing factors of heat and mass exchange performance in the contact condensation heat exchange of wet flue gas.The results show that the water-gas ratio,droplet size and heat exchange height have great influence on the heat transfer efficiency,while the flue gas velocity,flue gas inlet temperature and spray water inlet temperature have relatively little influence.
