摘 要:利用黑龙江、河南两省1112份农户调查数据,采用二元逻辑回归方法,从农户流动性约束、家庭禀赋以及经营规模3个维度论证农业家庭经营继任方式选择问题。结果表明:农户流动性约束、家庭资源禀赋以及经营规模均显著影响继任方式的选择,这一结论通过稳健性检验;进一步分析发现,农户收入不稳定是制约农业家庭经营代际传递继任方式选择的深层次因素,提高家庭禀赋尤其是提升优质人力资本存量,对继任方式选择外部转移具有显著影响;从农户主观态度感知发现,因农户家庭形态的脆弱性、周期性及外围因素的综合作用,农业家庭经营代际传递过程中存在诸多不稳定性,不利于农业生产的可持续与口粮的绝对安全。基于此,建议政府关注提升农户收入的稳定性,优化农村资源配置,建立农业后继者人才储备机制,培育新型职业农民,以推动农业家庭经营高效、可持续发展。Based on the data of 1112 farmers households in Heilongjiang province and Henan province,using binary logistic regression method,the succession mode selection of agricultural family management was demonstrated from the three dimensions of farmers’mobility constraints,family endowments,and management scale.The results showed that all the three had significant effect on the choice of succession mode,which had passed the robustness test.Further analysis found that farmers’income instability was a deep-seated factor that restricts the choice of succession methods for intergenerational transmission of agricultural family management.Improving family endowments,especially the stock of quality human capital,had a significant impact on the choice of external transfer of succession methods.From the perception of farmers’subjective attitudes,it was found that the fragility,periodicity and the comprehensive effect of external factors led to risks of instability in the intergenerational transmission of agricultural family management,which were not conducive to the sustainability of agricultural production and the absolute security of food rations.Therefore,corresponding suggestions were proposed that the government should find ways to stabilize farmers’income,optimize the allocation of rural resources,cultivate new professional farmers and establish a talent reserve mechanism for agricultural successors,in order to promote the efficient and sustainable development of agricultural family management.
