摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺癌术后患者自我管理效能感与服药依从性的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年3月—2020年10月济宁医学院附属医院收治的甲状腺癌且接受手术治疗的患者110例为研究对象。采用中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表、Morisky服药依从性问卷对其进行调查。本研究共发放问卷110份,回收有效问卷102份。结果102例甲状腺癌术后患者中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表总分为(71.52±21.37)分,Morisky服药依从性问卷总分为(7.02±0.34)分。甲状腺术后患者服药依从性与自我管理效能感呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺术后患者服药依从性与自我管理效能感呈正相关,医护人员需要采用多种方式提升患者自我管理效能感,进而提高患者的服药依从性。Objective To explore the correlation between self-management efficacy and medication compliance in thyroid cancer patients after surgery.Methods From March 2018 to October 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 110 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University who received surgery as the research object.The Chinese version of the Cancer Self-Management Efficacy Scale and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale were used for investigation.A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed,and 102 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results Among 102 thyroid cancer patients after surgery,the total score of the Chinese version of the Cancer Self-Management Efficacy Scale was(71.52±21.37),and the total score of the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale was(7.02±0.34).There was a positive correlation between medication compliance and self-management efficacy in patients after thyroidectomy(P<0.05).Conclusions Medication compliance is positively correlated with self-management efficacy in patients after thyroidectomy.Medical and nursing staff need to use a variety of methods to improve patients'self-management efficacy,thereby improving patients'medication compliance.
