润肺止咳汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿症状改善和复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨润肺止咳汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿的临床效果和对复发率的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2020年11月本院收治的78例CVA患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组加用润肺止咳汤治疗。比较两组症状改善状况、炎性因子水平、肺功能指标、复发率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后咳嗽、气急、咽干、咽痒积分为(0.79±0.12)分、(0.35±0.07)分、(0.28±0.05)分、(0.62±0.11)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.033、13.958、10.312、12.627,P均<0.001);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6为(52.33±5.14)ng/L、(3.02±0.41)ng/L,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.502、8.500,P均<0.001);观察组治疗后FEV1(1.89±0.38)L、PEF(3.96±0.48)L/min,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.394、3.932,P均<0.001);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.514,P=0.011);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.181,P=0.395)。结论润肺止咳汤治疗CVA可加快患儿临床症状消退,减轻局部炎症反应,增强肺功能,降低疾病复发风险,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Runfei Zhike Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction,on children with cough variant asthma(CVA)and its effect on recurrence rate.Methods From January 2020 to November 2020,78 CVA children were treated in our hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Runfei Zhike Decoction.The symptom improvements,inflammatory factor levels,pulmonary function indexes,recurrence rates and adverse reactions were investigated and compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the scores of cough,shortness of breath,dry pharynx,and itchy pharynx of the observation group were(0.79±0.12),(0.35±0.07),(0.28±0.05),and(0.62±0.11),lower than those of the control group respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.033,13.958,10.312,12.627,all P<0.001).After the treatment,the TNF-αand IL-6 of the observation group were(52.33±5.14)ng/L and(3.02±0.41)ng/L,lower than those of the control group respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.502,8.500,both P<0.001).After the treatment,the FEV1 and PEF of the observation group were(1.89±0.38)L and(3.96±0.48)L/min,higher than those of the control group respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.394,3.932,both P<0.001.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.514,P=0.011).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.181,P=0.395).Conclusions Runfei Zhike Decoction in the treatment of the children with CVA can accelerate the regression of clinical symptoms,reduce local inflammatory reaction,enhance lung function,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.It is safe and reliable.
