沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝那普利治疗慢性心衰的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭(心衰)的临床效果。方法100例慢性心衰患者依据双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组应用贝那普利治疗,观察组应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝那普利治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左心室每搏输出量(57.44±3.95)ml、左心室射血分数(49.01±2.98)%均高于对照组的(53.74±4.01)ml、(43.47±3.56)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝那普利治疗慢性心衰患者临床疗效显著,可有较改善患者心功能水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium and benazepril in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with benazepril.The therapeutic effect and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.00%of the observation group was higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular stroke volume(57.44±3.95)ml and left ventricular ejection fraction(49.01±2.98)%in the observation group were higher than(53.74±4.01)ml and(43.47±3.56)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with benazepril has significant clinical efficacy on patients with chronic heart failure,and can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients.
