摘　　要：脓毒症一直以来都是国内外重症医学的热点研究内容,脓毒症在临床中的最新定义为感染引发的宿主反应失调,会导致患者多个器官出现功能障碍,病情凶猛,且发展速度快,可危及患者生命,是临床重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者最常见的死亡原因之一。右美托咪定则是一种新型药物,是典型的α_(2)肾上腺素能受体激动剂,可同时发挥抗炎、交感活性抑制以及应激反应缓解等多重作用,在多个器官功能中均可发挥保护作用。Sepsis has always been a hot research content of critical medicine at home and abroad.The latest definition of sepsis in clinic is the imbalance of host response caused by infection,which will lead to dysfunction of multiple organs,life-threatening,fierce and rapid development.It is the most common cause of death for clinical intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Dexmedetomidine is a new drug,which is typical α_(2) adrenergic receptor agonists,and can simultaneously play multiple roles such as anti-inflammatory,sympathetic activity inhibition and stress response relief,and can play a protective role in multiple organ functions.
