瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的57例T2DM患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组28例,接受二甲双胍治疗;观察组29例,接受瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、日平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清氧化应激水平均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、6-酮-前列腺素F-1a(6-Keto-PGF-1a)高于对照组,8-异前列腺素2a(8-iso-PGF2a)、丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM的效果较好,能有效控制患者血糖水平,调节氧化应激反应,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of repaglinide combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 57 T2DM patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.Control group 28 patients received metformin treatment;Observation group 29 patients received repaglinide combined with metformin treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and mean amplitude of plasma glucose excursions(MAGE)levels in the two groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum oxidative stress in patients of the two groups were better than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),6-keto-prolandin F-1A(6-Keto-PGF-1a)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of 8-isoprostanes2a(8-iso-PGF2a)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Repaglinide combined with metformin in the treatment of T2DM has a better effect,which can effectively control patients'blood glucose level and regulate the oxidative stress response,with high safety.
