摘  要:根据干油润滑脂的流变特性符合宾汉流体流动特征这一基本事实,整理研究两种干油管道输送沿程压力损失的计算方法。重点介绍通过推导宾汉流体圆管内流动的布庚格姆方程,利用干油的相似粘度概念,探索计算干油沿程压力损失的方法步骤。此外,介绍从干油流变特性出发,借用矿泥、混凝土等管道输送沿程压力损失的计算思路,计算干油沿程压力损失的工程算法。According to the generally acknowledged fact that the rheological behavior of the lubricating grease conform to the characteristics of Bingham Plastic, this paper studied two calculation methods of pressure loss along the grease transportation pipeline. Mainly introduces the calculation procedure of pressure loss along the grease pipeline by deriving the Bougengame equation of the fluid flow in the Bingham Plastic circular pipe, and using the concept of similar viscosity of grease.Additionally, introduces the pressure loss( along the grease transportation pipeline) calculation method basing on the rheological behavior of the grease which uses the pressure loss along the transportation pipeline of the ore slime and concrete.
