摘　　要：设计一种振动粉磨机,通过振动将能量传递给磨介,经过磨介的冲击、摩擦和剪切,将物料断裂、粉碎、研磨、细化、混合。实践证明,该振动磨机结构紧凑,占地面积小,功耗低,产量高,操作方便;由于通过双向振动消除传统磨机的中心低能量区,提升粉磨效率;而降低振动强度不仅提高设备的使用寿命,还降低噪声污染。Design a kind of vibrating pulverizer,which transmits energy to the grinding medium through vibration,and breaks,smashed,grinds,refines and mixes the material by impact,friction and shearing of the grinding medium.It is proved that this vibrating pulverizer has the advantages of compacted structure,small area occupation,low power consumption,and convenient for operation;and improves the grinding efficiency through eliminating the central low-energy area of the traditional pulverizer by two-way vibration;and prolongs service life,as well as reduces noise pollution by reducing the vibration intensity.
