摘  要:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性氧化石墨烯,以其为基体负载氢氧化铈,并以六甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为交联剂,制备了负载氢氧化铈的聚乙烯醇改性石墨烯(rGPHC),将rGPHC作为缓蚀剂与环氧改性聚氨酯树脂(EP-PU)制备复合涂层。测试结果表明,rGPHC添加质量比为0.25%的复合涂层具有最佳的腐蚀防护性能,在rGPHC分散液中的Q235低碳钢腐蚀速率降低67.87%,复合涂层的|Z|10 mHz比纯EP-PU涂层高出0.69个数量级,表现出优异的阻隔性能和自修复性能。Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was use to modify graphene oxide,and use it as a matrix to support cerium hydroxide,then use hexamethyl diisocyanate(HDI)as a crosslinking agent to prepare polyvinyl alcohol modified graphene loaded with cerium hydroxide(rGPHC),rGPHC is used as a filler to compound with epoxy modified polyurethane resin(EP-PU).The results show that the 0.25% rGPHC/EP-PU composite coating has the best anti-corrosion performance,and the corrosion rate of Q235 mild steel in rGPHC dispersion is 67.87% lower than that of blank mild steel,and the|Z|10 mHz of the coating is 0.69 orders of magnitude higher than that of the pure EP-PU coating,showing excellent barrier properties and self-repairing properties.
