摘  要:目的:研究玛咖西洋参水煎液对小鼠耐缺氧能力的作用。方法:将雄性KM小鼠分为高、中、低3个剂量组和1个阴性对照,分别以120,240,360 mg/kg·BW剂量对小鼠经口灌胃,连续30 d,对其进行常压缺氧、亚硝酸钠中毒和急性脑缺血性缺氧存活时间测定。结果:低剂量组和高剂量组显著增加小鼠在常压耐缺氧试验中的存活时间(P<0.05或P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组在亚硝酸钠中毒试验和急性脑缺血性缺氧试验中均能显著增加小鼠的存活时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:玛咖西洋参胶水煎液在本实验条件下具有增加缺氧耐受力的作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Maca and American ginseng decoction on the ability of mice to tolerate hypoxia.Methods:Kunming(KM)mice were divided into three dose groups of high,medium and low doses along with a negative control group.The survival time of atmospheric pressure hypoxia,sodium nitrite poisoning and acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia were measured after oral gastric administration at doses of 120,240 and 360 mg/kg BW for 30 consecutive days.Results:The survival time of mice in the atmospheric pressure resistance to hypoxia test(P<0.05 or P<0.01)was significantly increased in both the low-dose and high-dose groups.However,the survival time of mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01)was significantly increased in the sodium nitrite poisoning test and the acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia test in all the dose groups.Conclusion:Maca and American ginseng glue decoction can increase hypoxia tolerance under the experimental conditions.
