摘 要:碳酸钙垢是我国喜马拉雅构造带高温地热系统开发利用面临的主要问题之一,地热水结垢严重制约了发电机组安全满发和地热能开发利用。为有效抑制地热开发利用的钙垢,本文选取了五种化学阻垢剂,首先在常压低温条件下测试五种阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢的抑制效果,经测试,1131阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢的阻垢效果较差,而其余四种阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢有较好的抑制效果。其次,在测试井温压条件下,测试其余四种阻垢剂对地热井的阻垢效果,并依据分光光度计测量出反应后溶液的残余阻垢剂浓度,得到GS阻垢剂对测试井阻垢效果较好,在3×10^(-5)时,阻垢率可以达到94.43%,且残余阻垢剂浓度为1.58×10^(-6),经过地热水在井筒循环流动过程中,阻垢剂可以继续发挥阻垢效果,以缓解测试井结垢问题,从而提升地热能利用效率。Carbonate calcium scaling is one of the obstacles in utilizing high-temperature geothermal resources in China’s Himalaya tectonic zone.Scaling of geothermal water seriously restricts the safe development and utilization of geothermal energy.In order to effectively inhibit the calcium scale of geothermal development and utilization,five kinds of chemical scale inhibitors were selected in this paper.Firstly,the inhibition effect of five kinds of scale inhibitors on calcium carbonate scale was tested under normal pressure and low temperature.After testing,1131 scale inhibitor has poor inhibition effect on calcium carbonate scale,while the four kinds of scale inhibitors has good inhibition effect on calcium carbonate scale.Secondly,under the temperature and pressure conditions of the test well,the scale inhibition effect of the four kinds of scale inhibitors on geothermal wells was tested,and the residual scale inhibitor concentration of the solution after reaction was measured according to the spectrophotometer,The results show that GS scale inhibitor has a good scale inhibition effect on the test well.At 3×10^(-5),the scale inhibition rata can reach 94.43%,and the residual scale inhibitor concentration is 1.58×10^(-6).After the geothermal water circulating in the wellbore,the scale inhibitor can continue can continue to play a scale inhibition effect to alleviate the scale problem of the test well,so as to improve the geothermal energy utilization efficiency.
