摘　　要：在某石化企业加氢反应器的定期检验中,发现一处外表面裂纹。通过金相、硬度、超声、磁记忆检验等方法确定裂纹性质是延迟裂纹。分析裂纹产生的原因,制定了修理工艺并提出预防此类问题的建议。An outer surface crack was found during regular inspection of hydrogenation reactor in a petrochemical enterprise.By means of metallography,hardness,ultrasonic and magnetic memory test,it is confirmed that the crack was a delayed crack.The causes of cracks were analyzed,the repair process was established and the suggestions for preventing such problems were put forward.
