摘 要:在分隔壁精馏塔(DWC)中,由于隔板两侧一般存在温差,会引起跨壁传热。在DWC的工业应用中发现,跨壁传热可能会导致塔内汽液分布不均,影响操作稳定性和分离效果。对DWC分离该体系进行稳态模拟,分析了跨壁传热量大小对精馏塔水力学状态的影响,解释了现象产生的原因,并模拟工业规模,考察跨壁传热对不同塔径的影响,提出了两种减弱跨壁传热影响的措施。In divided wall column(DWC),the heat transfer will always occur because of the temperature differential of two sides of the dividing wall.Industrial applications of DWC showed that the heat transfer may lead to uneven distribution of vapour and liquid,and then unfavorably affected the operational stability and separation effect.The steady simulation of the laboratory DWC was performed,and the effects of heat transfer quantity on hydraulic behaviors were analyzed,then the phenomenon was explained.The simulation of industrial applications was performed to study the effects of heat transfer on different column diameter.Two schemes were proposed to minimize the disadvantageous effects of hear transfer.
