高黏度物料管线的清管技术应用研究

摘　　要：化工生产过程中,有些产品物料的黏度较大,当输送距离较长时,会有较多物料附着在管道内壁上,影响产品收率或者堵塞管道,因此需要定期对管道进行清理。常用的管道清洗方法有:高压水清洗、化学清洗、PIG清管、排灰管道清洗、注水管管道清洗等[1]。某化工生产项目,借助PIG式管道清洗技术对管道中的物料进行回收,然后用清水冲洗管道。本文将结合具体生产案例,来介绍PIG式管道清洗技术的应用。In the process of chemical production,some product materials have high viscosity.When the conveying distance is long,more materials will adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline,affecting the product yield or blocking the pipeline.Therefore,the pipeline needs to be cleaned regularly.Common pipeline cleaning methods include high-pressure water cleaning,chemical cleaning,pig pigging,ash discharge pipe cleaning,water injection pipe cleaning,etc.In a chemical production project,the materials in the pipeline are recovered with the help of pig pipeline cleaning technology,and then the pipeline is washed with clean water.This paper will introduce the application of pig pipeline cleaning technology combined with specific production cases.
