摘  要:低温设备运行可靠性直接关系到用户端介质流的稳定性,特别是对长期不间断运行用户至关重要。本项目通过设计低温阀箱将两台制冷机并联,从而实现一备一用,在阀箱机械结构、绝热处理、部件选型等方面进行了理论计算,根据计算结果对工艺进行了优化,利用有限元分析验证了阀箱设计的安全性。The operating reliability of the cryogenic system is directly related to the stability of the media flow at the user end,and is especially important for long-term uninterrupted operation users.In this project,two chillers are connected in parallel by designing a low-temperature valve box,so as to realize one backup and one use.Theoretical calculations are carried out on the mechanical structure of the valve box,heat insulation,and component selection.According to the calculation results,the process is optimized.Finite element analysis verified the safety of the valve box design.
