摘 要:为了准确计量入炉瞬时煤量,提出了一种双进双出磨煤机精确计量入炉瞬时煤量算法,并以山西盂县裕光发电厂2×1000 MW工程项目为实例进行实验。实验结果表明:采用精确计量入炉瞬时煤量折算算法负荷变化较小,且主蒸汽压力处于安全运行范围,满足机组协调控制正常投入所需的煤量测量准确的基本条件,对于双进双出磨煤机,更易实现电网负荷调峰。In order to accurately measure the instantaneous coal amount into the furnace,an algorithm for accurate metering of the instantaneous coal amount into the furnace is proposed for a double-in and double-out coal mill,and the experiment is carried out with the 2×1000 MW of Yuguang Power Plant in Yuxian County,Shanxi Province as an example.The experimental results show that the conversion algorithm of the instantaneous coal quantity that is accurately metered into the furnace is adopted,the load change is small to meet the speed and accuracy requirements of the power grid,and the main steam pressure is within the allowable range during safe operation,which can meet the coal quantity measurement required for the unit to coordinate and control the normal input.It is easier to achieve grid load peak regulation for double-in and double-out coal coal mill.
