摘　　要：赖氨酰氧化酶样蛋白2(LOXL2)是赖氨酰氧化酶家族的一员,具有促进胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白交联,维持细胞外基质稳定性的作用。LOXL2参与心血管系统的纤维化过程,可诱发心力衰竭、心房颤动、高血压等心血管疾病。敲除LOXL2基因或使用LOXL2抑制剂可以改善心功能和降低血压。As a member of the lysyl oxidase family,lysyl oxidase-like 2(LOXL2)can promote cross-linking between collagen and elastin and maintains the stability of the extracellular matrix.LOXL2 is involved in the fibrotic process of the cardiovascular system and can induce cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,atrial fibrillation and hypertension.LOXL2 gene knockout or LOXL2 inhibitor can improve cardiac function and reduce blood pressure.
