水半夏化学成分及生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：水半夏化学成分主要为黄酮类、生物碱类、脂肪烃与脂肪酸类、核苷类、氨基酸类、无机元素等;生物活性主要体现在对呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统、免疫系统所展现药理作用,如止咳化痰、抗肿瘤等;我国水半夏资源丰富,具有广阔开发应用研究前景。该研究对近年来有关水半夏化学成分及临床应用的最新进展进行了文献综述。Through the investigation of a large number of domestic and foreign literature,a systematic analysis of the chemical constituents and clinical application of Typhonium flagelliforme(Lodd.)Blume in recent years was carried out.Its chemical components are mainly flavonoids,alkaloids,aliphatic hydrocarbons and fatty acids,nucleosides,amino acids,inorganic elements,etc.;its biological activity is mainly reflected in the pharmacological action of respiratory system,digestive system,nervous system and immune system such as relieving cough and reducing phlegm,anti-tumor,etc.The study reviews the recent progress of chemical composition and clinical application in typhonium flagelliforme(lodd.)blume.
