摘  要:陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司180万t/a煤-天然气综合利用制甲醇项目利用了煤气化“氢少碳多”和天然气转化“氢多碳少”的特点,实现了“碳氢互补”和能源的综合利用。介绍了该项目的工艺流程,统计了系统中各主要装置CO_(2)的排放情况,并与传统煤制甲醇装置CO_(2)排放情况进行了对比,结果显示:煤-天然气综合利用制甲醇装置吨甲醇CO_(2)排放量为0.85 t,为传统煤制甲醇装置排放量的41.3%,较180万t/a传统煤制甲醇装置CO_(2)减排217.8万t/a。The 1.8 million t/a coal and natural gas comprehensive utilization to methanol project of Shaanxi Yanchang Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. leveraged the characteristics of “less hydrogen and more carbon” in coal gasification and “more hydrogen and less carbon” in natural gas conversion, realizing “carbon hydrogen complementation”and comprehensive energy utilization. The process flow of the project was introduced, the carbon dioxide emissions of the main units in the system were summarized, and they were compared with those of the conventional coal to methanol plant. The results showed that the carbon dioxide emission per ton of methanol of the coal and natural gas comprehensive utilization to methanol plant was 0.85 t, which was 41.3% that of the conventional coal to methanol plant, i.e. reducing the carbon dioxide emission by 2,178,000 t/a compared with 1.8 million t/a of the conventional coal to methanol plant.
