摘 要:为实现神华煤直接液化公司的高效、低碳、清洁发展,在分析其煤直接液化生产单元流程的基础上,从开工、运行、停工以及检修四个阶段对生产装置的VOCs治理提出了针对性的管控措施;研究了油品储运设施的VOCs气体来源和组分,经过比选,提出了以煤直接液化厂自产的加氢改质料为吸收剂的“冷凝+吸收+吸附”组合工艺技术路线。介绍了该路线的具体处理过程并初步核算了效益和能耗,结果显示,处理后的气体可满足相关标准要求,年油品回收效益60万元,能耗成本40万元。In order to realize the high-efficiency, low-carbon and clean development of direct coal liquefaction in the direct coal liquefaction plant, based on the analysis of Shenhua coal direct liquefaction production process unit, detailed and pertinent control measures for VOCs control of production unit were put forward from the four stages of start-up, operation,shutdown and overhaul. The VOCs sources and components of oil storage and transportation facilities were studied. After the comparison and selection, the innovative combination process technology of “condensation + absorption + adsorption” was proposed, in which the hydrotreated modified material produced by the direct coal liquefaction plant was used as the absorbent. The specific treatment process of this route is introduced and the benefit and energy consumption are preliminarily calculated. The results show that the treated gas can meet the relevant standard requirements, the benefit of recovery oil is¥600,000 and the energy consumption cost is ¥400,000 per year.
