摘  要:内蒙古君正能源化工有限公司4×81 000 kVA密闭电石炉的新炉开炉原采用西马克开炉工艺,介绍了该开炉工艺过程,包括开炉前准备工作、开炉过程、炉料配比及炉内料位控制和出炉时间控制。针对原开炉工艺过程耗时长和能源浪费的问题,提出了优化后的一步法开炉工艺,并对开炉焙烧电极过程、炉料配比、放料方式进行了改进。优化后的开炉工艺热利用率高,开炉总用时缩短至约11 d,较原西马克开炉工艺用时缩短约40 d,经济效益好。The new furnace startup process of Inner Mongolia Junzheng Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. 4 ×81 000 kVA closed calcium carbide furnace previously adopted SIEMAG furnace startup process. This process was introduced, including its pre-startup preparation, furnace startup process, charging ratio, furnace level control and discharge time control. Aiming at the problems of long duration and energy waste of the previous process, the optimized one-step furnace startup process was proposed, with improvement on the electrode baking process, charging ratio and discharge method. The optimized furnace startup process had high heat utilization rate, and the total time spent on the furnace startup was shortened to about 11 days,which was about 40 days shorter than the previous SIEMAG process, with good economic benefit.
