摘 要:总结了年产 20 亿 m;煤制天然气项目的煤气化废水前段处理工艺的优化改造情况,通过优化工艺运行方式、合理调整用能结构、改造关键设备内件,优化了稀酚水出水指标,生产耗汽、耗电、耗醚得到了有效控制和降低,提高了副产品质量,为碎煤加压气化废水处理在节能降耗方面提供了实践经验。The optimization and transformation of the coal gasification wastewater pre-treatment process in the coal to natural gas project with an annual output of 2 billion m3were summarized. By optimizing the process operation mode,rationally adjusting the energy consumption structure and modifying the internals of key equipment, the effluent indicator of dilute phenol water was optimized, the consumptions of steam, power and ether during the production were effectively controlled and reduced, and the quality of by-products was improved, thus providing practical experience for the treatment of crushed coal pressurized gasification wastewater in terms of energy saving and consumption reduction.
