摘  要:以采用Davy工艺的某180万t/a大型煤制甲醇合成装置弛放气经膜分离串联变压吸附制氢工段为例,介绍了变压吸附制氢的装置配置、工艺流程以及氢气储存、氢气使用的操作流程、注意事项,阐述了变压吸附制氢装置的开车操作流程和装置在不同情况下停车的操作步骤,并指出其开停车及氢气储存、运输等过程的注意事项。Based on the hydrogen production of purge gas through membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption in series in a 1.8 million t/a large coal to methanol synthesis plant using Davy process, the unit configuration and process flow of pressure swing adsorption for hydrogen production, operation flow and precautions of hydrogen storage and utilization were introduced. Start-up process of pressure swing adsorption for hydrogen production unit and operation steps of unit shutdown under different conditions were described, and the precautions in the process of start-up and shutdown, hydrogen storage and transportation were presented.
