摘　　要：从水煤浆气化炉炉砖结构出发,分析了筑炉质量管控的难点,探讨了筑炉和烘炉过程中资源投入和过程监测的重要性,并通过实际案例,讨论了某大型煤化工装置水煤浆气化炉炉砖砌筑和烘炉过程质量管控的资源投入与过程监测的重点内容。Starting from the brick structure of coal water slurry gasifier, the difficulties of furnace construction quality control were analyzed, the importance of resource input and process monitoring during the furnace construction and furnace heating was discussed, and through practical cases, the focus of resource input and process monitoring in the process of brick masonry and furnace heating of coal water slurry gasifier in a large coal chemical plant was introduced.
