摘  要:针对天源公司合成氨生产装置在实际运行中出现的局部工段系统阻力偏高、半水煤气温度高于设计指标以及夏季产量小于冬季产量的问题,以合成氨生产装置最优运行数据为依据,分析了系统阻力和半水煤气温度偏高的原因,并进行了相应的改造。改造后,各工段出口半水煤气温度均达到了设计指标,系统阻力明显下降;生产装置总体产能提高约70 t/d,夏季产能基本与冬季产能持平。In view of the problems in the actual operation of the ammonia production plant of Tianyuan Company, such as high system resistance in some sections, the temperature of semi-water gas higher than the design indicator, and the output in summer less than that in winter, based on the optimal operation data of the ammonia plant, the reasons for high system resistance and high temperature of semi-water gas were analyzed, and the corresponding transformation was carried out. After the transformation, the semi-water gas temperature at the outlet of each section had reached the design indicator, and the system resistance had decreased significantly. The overall capacity of the production plant was increased by about 70 t/d, and the capacity in summer was basically the same as that in winter.
