摘  要:以神东矿区高挥发分烟煤为对象,研究高炉喷吹煤粉对焦炭缓熔性能的影响规律。结果发现,神东喷吹煤具有低灰、低硫、高发热量、高化学反应活性、低磷含量、低钾钠含量等优点,是优良的喷煤配煤;其干馏煤粉反应活性高于冶金焦炭,加入后可降低不同性能焦炭的热反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)的差别,且对使用性能较差的焦炭的效果更好;加入该干馏煤粉后,焦炭与CO_(2)的反应可分为三个阶段,干馏煤粉的存在减缓了焦炭的熔损反应,有利于保持焦炭在高炉中的作用,因而在高炉风口回旋区保留一定量的未燃煤粉是有益的。Based on the high volatile bituminous coal in Shendong mining area, the effect of pulverized coal injection into blast furnace on the slow melting performance of coke was studied. The results showed that the high volatile pulverized coal injection in Shendong mining area had the advantages of low ash, low sulfur, high calorific value, high chemical reactivity,low phosphorus content, and low potassium and sodium content, being excellent coal for injection blending. The reactivity of such dry distillation pulverized coal was higher than that of the metallurgical coke. The addition of Shendong high volatile dry distillation pulverized coal would reduce the difference of coke reactivity index(CRI) and coke strength after reaction(CSR) of the coke with different properties, and it had a better effect on the use of coke with lower quality. After adding such dry distillation pulverized coal, the reaction between coal coke and CO2could be divided into three stages. The existence of Shendong high volatile dry distillation pulverized coal slowed down the melting loss reaction of coke and was conducive to maintaining the role of coke in the blast furnace. Therefore, it was beneficial to retain a certain amount of unburned pulverized coal in the raceway of blast furnace.
