摘  要:针对神东公司煤泥浮选精煤粒度细、含水率高、灰分低等特点,利用其制备细粉,并与神华煤结合进行水煤浆提浓,在水煤浆中添加木质素改性系、萘系复配和氨基磺酸系添加剂,分析了添加剂种类及用量与浆体表观黏度的关系,确定了与神华煤匹配的添加剂,探讨了最佳匹配药剂对不同浓度浆体的影响。结果表明,神华煤与浮选精煤制浆的最佳级配质量比为85∶15,木质素改性系为最佳匹配药剂;在木质素改性剂质量分数1.0%、浆体表观黏度≤1 300 mPa·s的条件下,制得的煤浆的最高质量分数为65%,浆体的流动性及稳定性均较好。In view of the fine particle size, high water c ontent and low ash content of Shendong Co.′ s slime flotation concentrate, such coal concentrate was used to prepare fine powder, and to concentrate the coal water slurry through the combination with Shenhua coal. The relationship between the type and amount of additives and the apparent viscosity of slurry was analyzed by adding the modified lignin, naphthalene compound and aminosulfonic additives to the coal water slurry. The additive matching with Shenhua coal was determined, and the impact of the best matching agent on different slurry concentrations was discussed. The results showed that the optimal gradation mass ratio of Shenhua coal and flotation coal concentrate was 85:15 for slurry preparation, and the modified lignin was the best additive. When the mass fraction of modified lignin additive was 1.0% and the apparent viscosity was less than or equal to 1,300 m Pa·s, the maximum concentration of the slurry was 65%, with good slurry fluidity and stability.
