摘  要:[目的]探索提高木荚豆种子发芽率的最佳条件。[方法]研究不同的采种时间和种子处理对木荚豆种子萌发及种子发芽率的影响。[结果]采种时间对种子发芽率的影响较大,以5月中旬(荚果由黄色全部变成黑色)采集的种子平均发芽率最高,达62.3%;不同种子处理方法对木荚豆种子开始出苗时间、完成出苗时间和发芽率的影响较大,采用80℃和60℃热水浸泡到自然冷却2种方法的种子平均发芽率较高,分别为61.3%和60.7%。[结论]该研究可为生产实践中木荚豆播种育苗工作提供技术支持。[Objective]To explore the condition to improve the germination rate of seeds of Xylia xylocarpa.[Method]The effects of different seed collection time and different seed treatments on seed germination and germination rate of xylia xylocarpa seeds were studied.[Result]The results showed that there was a significant difference in seed germination rate among different seed picking time.The average seed germination rate of seeds collected in the middle of May(capsule turned from yellow to black)was the highest,up to 62.3%.Different treatments had significant differences in seed emergence time,completion of seedling emergence time and germination rate.Soaking in hot water at 80℃and 60℃to natural cooling could effectively promote the germination of seeds,and the average germination rate was 61.3%and 60.7%respectively.[Conclusion]This study can provide technical support for the seeding and seedling raising of Xylia xylocarpa in production practice.
