摘　　要：机械采胶技术研发难度大,是一个世界性难题。我国热带丘陵山区胶园现有收获机械较少,尤其是全自动采收机械发展较为缓慢,现有的胶园收获机械主要以试验样机为主,样机成本高、适用性差,难以大面积推广应用。介绍了我国热带丘陵山区胶园采收机械技术研究现状,按照操作方式主要分为便携式、固定式、移动式3种。分析了胶园采收机械在研发创新与推广应用中存在的问题,提出了农业机械化、智能化装备研发与应用仍是今后发展趋势。建议加强胶园机械装备技术的创新研发,提升胶园生产管理智能化和精准化,助力产业全面升级。The mechanized tapping technology is a worldwide difficult problem,so the technical research is difficult.The rubber estate has little equipment rubber tapping machinery in tropical hills and mountainous area of China.Especially the entirely automatic tapping machinery has been developed slowly.The rubber tapping machinery is mainly occupied by experiment prototype with high cost and weak applicability,which is difficult to be popularized and applied in large area.This paper introduced the research status of rubber tapping machinery,including portable tapping,fixed tapping and moving tapping ranked in mode of operating.The existing problems in the popularization and application of rubber tapping machinery were analyzed.It was proposed that the development and application of mechanized and intelligent equipment were also the trend of future development.It was recommended that the research on innovation-tapping technology should be strengthened,which could promote rubber production and management intelligently and accurately,and promote rubber industrial upgrading.
