摘 要:风电场(WPF)功率预测和发电计划曲线执行精度较低,虽可配置电化学储能系统(EESS)加以改善,但EESS单位投资昂贵,亟须探讨能够兼顾WPF发电曲线偏差校正目标和EESS小型化要求的容量规划方法。为此,提出了一种考虑WPF计划外超标偏差功率曲线短时净偏差电量自归零特性,面向偏差考核电量降低的小规模EESS容量规划方法。定义了影响发电曲线偏差校正效果(GDCE)的超标偏差功率幅度和净偏差电量归零度特征,建立了GDCE与两个特征和储能容量间的关系模型,以及综合考虑超标电量比技术约束和投资收益率经济目标的EESS容量规划模型。算例表明,GDCE与特征间具有较强的相关性,所提方法能够考虑此特性并满足发电曲线偏差校正要求,可为WPF投资规模适度的EESS提供技术支持。Wind power farms(WPFs)have lower accuracy of power prediction and generation schedule curves.The electrochemical energy storage system(EESS)can help the WPF to improve the schedule curve tracking ability,but its unit investment per unit is expensive.It is necessary to explore a capacity planning method of EESS,which can consider deviation correction objective of generation curves in WPFs and the capacity miniaturization demand of EESS.A capacity planning method for the small-scale EESS is proposed,which considers the return-to-zero characteristics of short-time net deviation power of the unscheduled deviation power curve in WPFs and faces the reduction of deviation assessment power.The excessive deviation power amplitude and return-to-zero characteristics of net deviation power that affect the generation curve deviation correction effect(GDCE)are defined.A relationship model between GDCE,two characteristics and energy storage capacity is established,as well as a capacity planning model of EESS that comprehensively considers the technical constraints of the excessive power ratio and the economic objective of rate of return on investment.The calculation example shows that there is a strong correlation between GDCE and characteristics,and the proposed method can consider the characteristics,meet the requirements of deviation correction for the power generation curve,and can provide technical support for EESS with moderate investment in WPFs.
