基于KIVA机器人的紧致型仓储系统待命位策略研究

摘  要:近年来,电子商务发展迅猛,人口密集的城市土地资源紧张,电商企业对仓储系统要求越来越高,导致智能化仓储系统必须提升空间利用率以及缩短订单响应时间。针对以上问题,基于传统的KIVA机器人系统提出了一种紧致型仓储系统,并建立了紧致型仓储系统在三种待命位策略下的期望取货时间模型。仿真数据显示,两种系统取货时间差距小,但紧致型仓储系统的空间利用率及货架容量均优于传统KIVA机器人系统。In recent years,e-commerce has developed rapidly,land resources in densely populated cities have been in a short supply,and e-commerce companies have increasingly high demands for storage systems,which has led to the need for intelligent storage systems to improve space utilization and shorten order response time.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a compact storage system based on the traditional KIVA robot system,and establishes the expected pickup time model of the compact storage system under three dwell point policies.Simulation data shows that the two systems have a small pick-up time gap,but the space utilization rate and shelf capacity of the compact storage system are better than those of the traditional KIVA robot system.
