摘  要:传统的球面铣削方法常存在球面顶部步长过短、步长分布不均匀等问题,影响了球面的加工精度。针对此问题,提出了一种改进螺旋加工控制分布角的宏程序编写方法,可有效解决上述问题,保证球面加工精度要求。首先,根据球半径推导出球面螺旋线方程,使其更适应数控机床宏程序的编写。然后,采用设置函数的方式来控制分布角,进而控制步长的相对均匀性;通过添加防过切代码以解决球面底部过切的问题。最后,通过实验验证该宏程序的可行性。结果表明,编写出的宏程序具有通用性更强、精度更高和安全性更好的特点。The traditional method of spherical surface milling often has some problems,such as the step length at the top of spherical surface is too short and the step length distribution is not uniform,which affect the machining accuracy of spherical surface.In view of this problem,a macro programming method was proposed to improve the control distribution angle of spiral machining,which can effectively solve the above problems and ensure the accuracy requirements of spherical surface machining.First of all,according to the radius of the sphere,the equation of spherical helix was derived to make it more suitable for the macro programming of CNC machine tools.Then,the function setting was used to control the distribution angle and the relative uniformity of the step size;the problem of overcut at the bottom of sphere was solved by adding anti overcut code.Finally,the feasibility of the macro program was verified by experiments.The results show that the macro program has the characteristics of stronger generality,higher precision and better security.
