摘 要:金属注射成形(Metal Injection Molding,MIM)微小齿轮由于存在各向异性收缩的成形特性和微小尺寸特征,使得传统的二维小样本和极值检测方法无法体现其三维成形特点。结合MIM微小齿轮的特点,提出MIM微小齿轮光学全齿扫描测量方法。通过将测量点云网格与理论数模进行比对,获得整个微小齿轮的三维偏差;通过在测量点云网格上构建截面,实现对截面上齿廓基本尺寸、齿距偏差和齿厚偏差等的自动测量。试验证明,所提出的光学全齿扫描测量方法可以实现对MIM微小齿轮快速、高精度自动检测,并获得全齿信息,为MIM微小齿轮注射模具的主动设计和制造参数的优化提供必要依据。该测量方法同样适用于注塑齿轮、粉末冶金齿轮、锻造齿轮和金属切削齿轮,有助于推动齿轮制造业向全齿检测的方向发展,提升齿轮制造质量。Due to the non-uniform shrinkage phenomenon and micro-size features of MIM(Metal Injection Molding)s gears,traditional two-dimensional small sample and extreme value detection methods can not reflect its forming characteristics.Combined with the characteristics of MIM micro gears,an optical entire teeth scanning measurement method for MIM micro gears was proposed.By a comparison between the measured gear and the CAD model the three-dimensional deviation of the gears was obtained.Cross sections of the measured gears were used to derive the size of the tooth profile,pitch deviation and tooth thickness deviation.Experiments show that the proposed use of optical 3 D scanner can realize a fast,highly precise measurements of MIM micro gears,entire-teeth information can serve as the basis for the design of MIM micro gear injection molds and the optimization of manufacturing parameters.The method is also suitable for plastic gears,powder metal gears,forged gears and metal cutting gears and,hence,promotes the development of gear manufacturing towards entire teeth measurements and improves the quality of gear.
