摘 要:疫情期间,以数字化、无人化、在线化为核心的智慧物流迎来了重要的发展机遇。文章以后疫情时代为研究背景,从智慧物流视角,构建江苏物流企业后疫情时代高质量发展的评价指标体系;然后采用主成分分析法计算出各个指标的得分系数,进而求出2017~2020年江苏省物流高质量发展水平的得分,据此诊断出后疫情时代江苏物流高质量发展存在的三大问题;最后在此基础上,从智慧物流嵌入先进制造业、实现协同发展,推行“绿色智慧物流”、降低污染损耗,全力推进数字化建设、促进物流通道智能化,创建多式联运智慧物流信息平台、全面提升多式联运服务能力,编织智慧物流枢纽网络、优化物流全程监护管理等智慧物流的五个维度提出江苏物流企业后疫情时代高质量发展的创新策略。During the epidemic period,smart logistics with digitization,unmanned and online as the core has won important development opportunities.Taking the post epidemic era as the research background,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of Jiangsu logistics enterprises in the post epidemic era from the perspective of smart logistics;then,it uses the principal component analysis method to calculate the score coefficient of each index,and then obtains the score of the high-quality development level of logistics in Jiangsu province from 2017 to 2020,so as to diagnose the three problems existing in the high-quality development of Jiangsu logistics in the post epidemic era;finally,on this basis,this paper proposes innovative strategies for high-quality development of Jiangsu logistics enterprises in the post-epidemic era from five dimensions of smart logistics,that is,embedding smart logistics into advanced manufacturing industry and realizing coordinated development;promoting“green smart logistics”and reducing pollution loss;fully promoting the digital construction and promoting the intellectualization of logistics channels;creating smart logistics information platform for multimodal transport and comprehensively improving the service capacity of multimodal transport;building smart logistics hub network and optimizing the whole-process monitoring management of logistics.
