地方高校物流管理专业人才培养与发展策略研究——以武汉科技大学为例

摘　　要：物流产业的发展对区域经济有着重要影响,发展区域经济,需要大量的高素质物流人才。地方高校如何更好地适应地方社会经济发展要求,通过突出自身资源优势,培养出满足地方社会需求和服务地方经济发展战略的物流人才,已成为社会各界共同关注的问题。文章以武汉科技大学恒大管理学院开办的物流管理专业为例,分析地方高校物流管理专业人才培养的现状,从服务社会需求和区域经济发展的视角出发,提出地方高校物流管理专业人才培养的创新思路和对策,以期为同类地方高校物流管理专业的发展提供借鉴参考。The development of logistics industry has an important impact on regional economy.Developing regional economy requires a large number of high-quality logistics talents.How local colleges and universities can better adapt to the requirements of local social and economic development,and cultivate logistics talents who meet social needs and serve the local economic development strategy by highlighting resource advantages,has become a common concern of all sectors of society.Taking the logistics management major offered by Evergrande School of Management of Wuhan University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics management talents training in local universities,and puts forward innovative ideas and countermeasures for logistics management talents training in local universities from the perspective of serving social needs and regional economic development,so as to provide reference for the development of logistics management majors in similar local universities.
